SAFE Institute seeks a full-time Sales Manager that will build and cultivate relationships that lead to sales of training programs including: Sexual Harassment, DEI trainings, Incident Support Services and other products and services currently in development. Our clients include small businesses, large corporations, event spaces, sports teams, faith communities and more. We are looking for a self-motivated, goal-oriented individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. About this position:
- We are seeking a Sales Manager to join our awesome team. This is a full-time, exempt, hybrid position. We will pay you a base annual salary of $31,200 plus sale commissions at 7% of every sale. The Sales Manager will be working with accounts valued from $2,500 - $30,000. We are looking for a self-motivated, goal-oriented individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Key Duties:
- Research prospective clients in targeted markets and initiate conversations that cultivate sales.
- Facilitate a full sale cycle from an initial lead to the end of sale utilizing Monday Sales CRM.
- Finalize sale agreement details utilizing DocuSign and Adobe PDF editor.
- Send invoice & invoice due reminders ensuring accounts are paid to date.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to achieve and exceed sale targets.
- Track and maintain account figures for monthly goals.
- Coordinate training services with the Institute team.
- Conduct in-person and virtual sales consulting utilizing zoom, e-mail, and phone calls.
- Prepare for the onboarding and management of a team of sales reps.
Qualifications:
- Possess a high school diploma or GED required. Associates or bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Two or more years of Business-to-Business sales experience required.
- Sales Consulting experience required.
- Established network of potential clients Preferred.
- Ability to build a rapport with clients.
- Sales training and onboarding experience preferred.
- Proficiency in use of Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe software.
- Proficiency in learning new software with an ability to navigate them with ease.
- Must have all of the following:
- Valid State of Texas Driver’s License.
- At least three (3) consecutive years of driving experience OR one (1) year of driving experience if over 27 years of age.
- If in possession of an out of state license, obtain a State of Texas Driver’s License within 90 days of beginning employment.
- Pass all required criminal history background checks (including an FBI fingerprint check), as well as a pre-employment drug screen and TB test.

Please Note: All new employees regardless of employment status will be required to start their employment on either the 1st or 16th of the month and will be required to attend a three-day new employee orientation that is held both in-person and virtually the first three days of the month.
